How to streamline doing #allthethings by using the 3P Method

Do you ever feel overwhelmed by all the demands coming at you for your time and attention? Sometimes it seems the more things you get done the more things you still have to do.

As you continue to seek out work-life balance it is highly important that you find ways to effectively minimize or eliminate unwanted clutter from your life and focus your energy instead on ways to streamline doing #allthethings.

Honestly, I don’t buy into “work-life balance”, as usually, things are not going to be balanced. There will be instances when one will have much heavier needs, and when the other will need more time. Simply put, it’s more of a search for stability.

As things continue to compete for your time it becomes very stressful trying to accomplish goals for a side gig, while still running a household and taking care of a family. I have a simple method you can start implementing now that will help you feel like you have more control of your life and feel less overwhelmed.

The 3P Method

Step 1 - Plan

Set a clear foundation for your business and personal life. Whether you are facing a problem, trying to sort out your life, or simply want to structure your day, you are going to need a plan. Making a plan can seem painful but with some dedication, the right tools, and a little creativity, you will be able to lay out a plan and start achieving your goals.

Step 2 - Prioritize

Narrow down what is necessary and what is unnecessary. Sometimes it can start to seem like the whole world is crashing down when you attempt to do #allthethings. Work and side gig tasks start piling up, house chores and responsibilities, commitments to friends and family--there just aren't enough hours in some days. Learning to prioritize effectively can help you become a more efficient worker, helping you save time, energy, and feel less stress. Learn to organize your tasks into distinct categories and levels of difficulty, and start approaching them like a pro.

Step 3 - Practice

Practice creating good habits and routines that will last. "Practice makes Perfect." Practice is the main road to becoming really good at just about anything.

In conclusion, a huge part of creating stability is to find ways to streamline doing #allthethings in your life. As you continue to do this you become empowered to identify and eliminate the things that no longer serve you and begin instead to seek out and to attract the things that bring you clarity and purpose of life by using the 3P Method.
